Reservations

All reservations must be made with our Reservation Department at 631-243-3800 or 1-800-894-7827. Reservations can also be made through our web site at www.tranexec.com Our office is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve you. In order to serve all of our customers with the best possible service, we request that all reservations be made 24 hours in advance. We will honor most requests with at least 6 hours notice. Any requests with less than 6 hours notice, cannot be guaranteed for service.

Waiting Time

On pickups to the Airport or other locations, the 1st 15 minutes of Waiting Time is FREE. On Domestic Arrivals at the Airport, the 1st 30 minutes are FREE, on International Arrivals the 1st hour is FREE. After that, Waiting Time will be charged as follows:

Cancellations/Changes

All cancellations or changes must be made at least 2 hours in advance. If the job is not cancelled or changed before the 2-hour deadline, the customer is responsible for the full fare & all related charges unless otherwise specified.

Extra Charges

When we provide our service, our Invoice WILL INCLUDE the Fare, plus a 20% Gratuity/Service Charge, Stops (if any) at $15.00 for stops en route or $20.00 and up for stops out of the way (call for specific prices), Tolls (if any) at actual cost, Waiting Time (if any), Parking Charges (if any) at actual cost, Cellular Phone Usage (if any), and a fuel surcharge Per Trip or Per Hour if vehicle is to be used on an hourly basis.

Fuel Surcharge

A surcharge is added to each order of business. The amount of the surcharge is determined by the index below. The fare for this purpose will include stop charges but will not include wait charges. Hourly trips will be charged on a per hour bases.

The short term answer to keeping fuel costs down is to use less fuel by promoting conservation. Tran-Star Executive Transportation Service Inc. has enacted many new policies and procedures to conserve fuel. We are updating our fleet to newer more fuel-efficient vehicles. Our already aggressive preventive maintenance program has become even more aggressive.

We inspect our vehicles every day for any problem that may have an impact on fuel consumption. We are looking for every way possible to cut fuel consumption to a minimum. You can also help by trying to combine multiple employees on single trips. If we all work together, we can help each other.
