E-Mail Notifications

• For Reservations in the New York Area: When your chauffeur marks themselves On-Location, clients will receive an E-Mail (sample to the right) with their chauffeur's photo, name, and cell phone number. This email also contains a MyRes Link (see below). You can use this to contact your chauffeur directly.

• For Reservations outside the New York Area: When your chauffeur has been assigned, clients will receive an E-Mail with thier chauffeurs Picture, Name, and Cell Phone number. You can use this to directly contact your chauffeur. (MyRes Link Coming Soon...)

Text Message Notifications

• For Reservations in the New York Area: Your chauffeur will text you when On-Location. Clients will receive a text from their chauffeur’s cell phone which will include the chauffeur’s name and a MyRes link (see below). You can use this to contact your chauffeur directly.

• For Reservations outside the New York Area: Your chauffeur will text you when On-Location. Clients will receive a text from their chauffeur’s cell phone which will include the chauffeur’s name. You can use this to contact your chauffeur directly. (MyRes Link Coming Soon...)
